Xodus Recovery Pathways is a peer-led recovery organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate the path to long-term recovery. Grounded in empathy, lived experience and spiritual growth, we strive to help take the next right step toward lasting change.

At Xodus, we believe in meeting people where they are, but not leaving them there. We value harm reduction as a starting point, but not a destination. Our commitment is to walk with individuals toward true abstinence; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We believe that the real solution is not just chemical or behavioral, but spiritual. Something greater than ourselves. A Higher Power. Addiction is a symptom of a deeper soul wound, a spiritual malady that requires deep connection, community, accountability, and purpose to heal.

We also believe in transparency. Individuals deserve to know all their options, not just the ones that are profitable or convenient. Recovery is not one-size-fits-all, but it should always be rooted in honesty, integrity, and willingness.

Xodus exists to challenge the system, not to tear it down, but to lift it higher. To call facilities, providers, and payers back to what recovery was always meant to be: a return to wholeness.

Who We Are

Helping peers transition from treatment, IOP housing, jails, sober living, institutions, into independent living, growing in sobriety, recovery, valuing mental health, and ultimately making an impact on the world they were meant to.

Life Skills

Our Life Skills Training program equips individuals with essential tools for independent living and long-term success. Through hands-on sessions, we cover practical skills such as financial literacy, time management, communication, and job readiness. Designed to build confidence and self-sufficiency, this program supports participants in navigating daily challenges and achieving their goals.
